The Coldwater Village Council has passed the following

Ordinance 1771 - An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of land acquisition notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $550,000.

Ordinance 1773 - An ordinance authorizing the police department for the Village of Coldwater to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement effective Feb. 21, 2026.

Resolution 849 - A resolution opposing rate increases by AES Ohio and requesting that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio deny AES Ohio's request

The St. Henry Village Council passed the following:

Ordinance 1169 - amending sections one and two of Ordinance 1166 for the Village of St. Henry.

Ordinance 1170 - authorizing the Village Administrator to execute a real estate purchase contract and other necessary documents to purchase property owned by Lawrence E. Dues and Bonita L. McFarland, CoTrustees of the Dues Family Exemption Trust, dated February 17, 2005.
