PUBLIC COMMENTS REQUESTED ON RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH DESIGNATION OF SOLID WASTE FACILITIES

On June 23, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Auglaize Solid Waste District adopted Resolution No. 26-244, listing solid waste facilities the Board proposes to designate for the receipt of solid waste generated within the District in accordance with O.R.C. §343.014. A copy of the resolution is available for review at the Auglaize County District offices located at 15502 St. Marys River Rd., St. Marys, OH 45885 and may also be viewed at https://www2.auglaizecounty.org/resources/recycling-solid-waste. 

The Board will receive written comments from the public concerning the Board's Resolution of Intent to Establish Designation from July 1, 2026,  until 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2026, at the Auglaize District's office at the above address. PUBLIC NOTICE

TowerNorth Development LLC is proposing to construct a 259-foot Lattice telecommunications tower at 1711 OH-219, Coldwater, Mercer Co., OH 45828 (40 28 53.2 N / 84 44 16.7 W). The tower is anticipated to have FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810), medium intensity flashing dual (white/red) strobe lights. Interested persons may review the application for this project at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) Form 854 File Number "A1386597" and may raise environmental concerns about the project by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. Requests for Environmental Review must be filed within 30 days of the date that notice of the project is published on the FCC's website. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review on-line at www.fcc.gov/asrenvironmentalrequest.
