NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION

March 19, 2026

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The first item is a request from Schlueter Rental Properties, LLC. They are requesting approval for a survey for an alley and parcels that runs north and south between W. Wayne Street and Hoying Street, and between Mackinaw Street and N. Mill Street.

The City of Celina Planning Commission requests that the applicant or their designee attend this meeting so in the event of any questions they can be answered and a decision can be made at meeting.
