NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION
April 30, 2026
The Planning Commission of the City of Celina, will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2026,in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main St. (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item is a request from Quentin Elsea, DBA, Abide Church requesting a conditional use for a religious place of worship at the property of 107 E. Forest St., this property is zoned B-3.
The second item is a request from Lisa Euckert requesting a zoning change at 110 N. Cherry St. Current zoning is B-1 and would like to change to R-2.
The third item is a request from Elease Kreischer and Val Winkler for a conditional use at their property of 725 W. Logan St. Proposed use of retail business and teen center.
The fourth item is a request from Evin Bachelor - Attorney, on behalf of Kuess Rentals LLC. This site plan review for the property of 412 W. Logan St., moves the western property line over 10 feet.
