Leola Bollenbacher

Leola Minnie Bollenbacher, 83, of Celina, died at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 19, 2004, at her home.
   She was born Jan. 8, 1921, in Liberty Township in Mercer County to Theodore and Minnie Brehm Bollenbacher. On Nov. 14, 1943, she married Robert Doner, who died in April 1990.
   Surviving are three sons, David (Karen) Doner, Oak Hill, W.Va., Wayne (Jan) Doner and Ken (Linda) Doner, all of Celina; two brothers, John Jr. (Jan), Willshire, and Ed (Joan), Rockford; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
   She recently worked at Celina Area Visiting Nurses and previously worked at Amstutz, Sears and Celina Group. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, and was a member of the church's women's fellowship. She was a member of Unity Grange 2116 for more than 50 years and served as a junior deputy on the State Women's Committee.
   Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. John Fleming officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
   Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday and 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford.
   Contributions can be made to Celina Area Visiting Nurses or to the church.


John Brunswick

Former Osgood resident John Brunswick, 40, 2611 S. Harbor Drive, Maineville, died Nov. 18, 2004, at Bethesda North Hospital of an apparent heart attack.
   He was born May 29, 1964, in Osgood, to Maurice and Marianne Langenkamp Brunswick, who survive in Osgood.
   Also surviving are three brothers, Ron (Jayne) and Dave (Connie), all of Osgood, and Jim (Janice) of Grand Junction, Colo.; and a sister, Susan of Indiana.
   Deceased are a brother, Richard, and a sister, Teresa.
   He was a 1983 graduate of Marion Local High School. He was a former employee of Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Cincinnati.
   Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.


Nora Jordan

Nora Jean Rose Jordan, 43, 607 W. North St., Lima, was found dead Nov. 17, 2004, at her residence. Death was due to natural causes.
   She was born Feb. 27, 1961, in Lima, to Lawrence and Loretta McDaniel Jordan, who survive in Celina.
   Also surviving are a son, Daniel Holbrook, Lima; a daughter, Faith (Brad) Dickerson, Mansfield; and three grandchildren.
   She attended Shawnee High School and Ohio State University. She was a member of Only Believe Ministries, Botkins. She had been employed at Copeland in Sidney.
   Services are 3 p.m. today at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys. A private family burial service will be held.


Edgar Krugh

Edgar Dale Krugh, 84, 6085 Mercer Road, Mendon, died Nov. 18, 2004, at his home.
   He was born July 9, 1920, in Mendon, to Earl and Ruth Faulkner Krugh. On Sept. 5, 1942, he married Mary Kimmel who survives.
   Also surviving are a son, Ronald Lee (Nancy) of Mendon; two daughters, Shirley Ann (Duane) Dillon, Cincinnati, and Judith Eileen (David) Crider, Mendon; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
   A brother, Glen, is deceased.
   He was a farmer and co-owner of Mendon Farm Store for 25 years. A 1938 graduate of Mendon High School, he was a member of Mendon United Methodist Church and Mendon Masonic Lodge (now Shane's Lodge 2395 in Rockford). He was a former Union Township trustee and a former member of the Mendon Lions Club.
   Services are 1 p.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons Funeral Home, Mendon, the Revs. Paul Bunnell and Randy Christian officiating. Burial will be at Mendon Cemetery.
   Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to the Mercer County Cancer Association or State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.


Madonna Ruef

Madonna R. Ruef, 78, of Kettering, died Nov. 18, 2004 at her home.
   She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ernie Ruef.
   Also surviving are three sons, Dan (Marj) and Jerry (Debbie) all of Dayton, and Don of Gilbert, Ariz.; two daughters, Patricia (Richard) Baucher, Celina, and Karen (Larry) Zawada, Yellow Springs; a brother, Ferdinand Fahrig, Dayton; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
   Deceased are a son, Gerard; two sisters, Catherine and Dorothy; and a brother, Charles.
   Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church, Kettering, the Rev. Raymond Leurck officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. A prayer service will be 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Westbrock Funeral Home, Kettering.
   Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to Hospice of Dayton.
