Anna Bargdill

Anna M. Bargdill, 76, 413 S. East St., New Knoxville, died at 7:53 p.m. Dec. 21, 2005, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
   Arrangements are pending with Miller Funeral Homes, St. Marys.


Dorothy Boyer

Dorothy Katheryn Boyer, 89, of Mendon, died at 11:32 a.m. Dec. 21, 2005, at her daughter's residence in Ohio City.
   She was born April 30, 1916, in Celina, to Berlin Burr Miller and Grace Druella Schwarck. On May 23, 1942, she married Joseph Lavon Boyer, who died Sept. 9, 1980.
   Survivors are a son, Lance of Lancaster; two daughters, Colleen Fetters, Ohio City, and Jamie (John) Henne, Fairborn; a stepdaughter, Jo (Robert) Birkmire, Fostoria; four sisters, Irene Mills, Victorville, Calif., Twila Miller, Celina, Darrah (Ralph) High, Mendon, and Dru Sutter, Celina; four sisters-in-law, Onnolee Lederer, Winter Park, Fla., Sue Kaylor, Tipp City, Ann Miller, Phillipsburg, Kan., and Eadie Miller, Mendon; a brother-in-law, Harold Meihls, St. Louis ,Mich., 15 grandchildren; 27 great- grandchildren and a great- great- grandchild.
   Deceased are two brothers, Berlin and Emmett Miller; a sister, Marilyn Meihls; a son-in-law, Mike Fetters, a daughter-in-law, Jane Boyer; and a brother-in-law, Van Mills.
   She was a homemaker and 1934 graduate of Mendon-Union High School. She was a member of Ross Church of the Brethren, Mendon, where she was a past Sunday school superintendent, teacher, choir singer and director, vacation bible school director and monthly newsletter editor. She was a member of Women's Christian Temperance Union.
   Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Glenn Masser officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
   Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons Funeral Home, Mendon, and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
   Contributions can be made to the church.


Vernon Waugh

Former Gallipolis resident, Vernon Ray Waugh, 51, 1001 Myers Road, Celina, died early this morning, Dec. 22, 2005, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
   Arrangements are pending at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
