Dorothy Donovan Dorothy Donovan, 77, 7012 N. Riley Road, Celina, died April 13, 2006, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born April 6, 1929, to Blain and Malissa (Newcomb) Collins. On Oct. 15, 1961, she married Dano Donovan, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Dana (Diane), Celina, Dean (Carol), Celina, and Dano, Springfield; a daughter, Christina, Celina; a step son, Doug, Fostaria; two step daughters, Vondell (Steve) Lusk, Celina, and Kelly, North Carolina; a brother-in-law, Don Andrews, Celina; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, two sisters and one grandchild.
She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Pauls United Methodist Church, Celina. She was a graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Smalley officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.

Wayne B. Dotson
Wayne B. Dotson, 55, Cridersville, died at 8:04 a.m. April 14, 2006, at his residence following an extended battle with cancer.
He was born July 27, 1950, to Darrel and Doris (Spencer) Dotson, Lima. On April 14, 1973, he married St. Marys resident Sarah A. Severt, who survives in Cridersville.
Also surviving are six sons, John (Molly), Charleston, S.C., Jeri Dotson-Stimmel, Cridersville, James (Rae Ann), Columbus, Jeff (Toni), New Castle, Ind., Joe and Jay, both of Columbus; two daughters, Janet and Joann Dotson, both of Cridersville; a brother, Robert, Wapakoneta; a sister, Billie Lee, Columbia, Ky.; and six grandchildren.
He was the vice president of Dotson Plumbing & Heating, Cridersville, and was a master plumber in Ohio and Indiana since 1991. He had been a pipefitter and plumber at the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union #776, Lima. He had been a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Cridersville, until he joined the Shawnee United Methodist Church, Lima.
He served Local Union # 776, Lima, as recording secretary, finance committee member, executive board member and apprenticeship instructor. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 16 and three Gold Palms through Boy Scout Troop 37, Blackhoof District Shawnne Council. He was a scout master of Troop 37 and Troop 62 and cub master of Pack 37 for 10 years. He earned training awards, the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver and the Order of the Arrow Vigil Honor.
He taught Red Cross, first aid, swimming and life saving classes. He was an auxiliary patrolman for Fort Shawnee, where he received the first-ever award of Corporal. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 585 of the Free and Accepted Masons and the Scottish Rite of the Valley of Dayton. He was a member of the Lima Sabers Shooting Club, Shawnee Long Rifles Black Powder Club, the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association and a life member of the United States Chess Federation.
He graduated from the United Association Apprenticeship Instructor Program in August of 2003.
Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Shawnee United Methodist Church, the Rev. Dr. Joseph Bishman officiating. Burial will follow at Shawnee Cemetery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Bayliff & Sons Funeral Home, Cridersville.

Nellie McIntyre
Nellie McIntyre, 82, a former resident of Mendon and Celina, died at 4:30 a.m. April 13, 2006, at the Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was born April 16, 1923, in Hazard, Ky., to Sam Colwell and Para Lee (Hignite). On Nov. 4, 1939, she married William Vernon McIntyre, who died May 19, 2003.
Surviving are four sons, Don (Cherie), Wapakoneta, Lester (Sandy), Decatur, Ken (Deb), Ocala, Fla., and Greg, Knoxville, Tn., two brothers, Lowell (Fran) Colwell, St. Marys and Everett (Betty) Colwell, Decatur, Ind.; two sisters, Mae Colwell, Mendon and Nora Harris, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Deceased are two daughters, Doris Evelyn McIntyre and Anna Ruth McIntyre Combs; five brothers, Elige, Herman, Curtis, French and James Colwell; and a grandson, Cory McIntyre.
She was a homemaker and had been employed at Huffy Bicycle Co., where she served as the first treasurer of the United Steel Workers of America Local # 5369. She had also worked at Milbern's Cafeteria, Celina. She was a member of New Start Community Fellowship, Celina, and was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the church choir.
Services are 5:00 p.m., Sunday at W.H Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Johnny Mobley officiating. Burial is 10:00 a.m. Monday at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 3-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Beulah Pierstorff
Beulah Pierstorff, 88, 9155 Burville Rd., Rockford, died at 8:00 p.m. April 13, 2006, at The Laurles of Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born Nov. 4, 1917, in Liberty Township, to Jacob and Mary (Alt) Gehm. On Dec. 12, 1934, she married Victor Leroy Pierstorff, who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Jim (Rose), Rockford; a daughter, Carol Pierstorff, Celina, three sisters-in-law, Loretta Gehm, Rockford, Helen Gehm, Rockford, and Ruth Pierstorff, Wapakoneta; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Bill, Earl and Roma; and five sisters, Bertha, Tillie, Pearl, Tuska and Norma.
She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys, 30 years ago and was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before services Tuesday.

Connie Poor
Connie Pauline Poor, 56, 305 S. Brandon Ave., Celina, died 8:06 p.m. April 13, 2006, of natural causes at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Aug. 13, 1949, to Rusell and Pauline (Hinton) Poor, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are four brothers, Larry (Martha), Paul (Susan) and Robert "Burl" (Sharon), all of Celina, and Gary (Mary), Versailles; 15 nieces and nephews and a number of great nieces and nephews.
She was a credit manager at Classic Delight, St. Marys and had previously worked at Celina Insurance Group for many years. She was a 1967 graduate of Celina High School and earned an accounting degree from Wright State University.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Dave Gordon officiating. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery,Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
