President James Unverferth shows Briarwood Manor residents a design plan for a proposed nursing home, independent living and assisted living facility expected to replace the current nursing home in Coldwater. Unverferth, who made the announcement on Friday, said groundbreaking is expected to begin in about six months at the new location across the street from Mercer County Community Hospital.
