* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Autumn festivities

Also going on this weekend is the first Mercer County Chili Festival at the fairgrounds in Celina. Sisters Kami and Tori Albright of Rockford enjoy rides Friday night. The festival also includes a flea/craft market, chili cookoff, live music, pumpkin sale, horse wagon rides and more throughout today and Sunday.
