* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Dorie Baltes of Frenchtown looks at a copy of her new cookbook, 'Recipes and Memories of Baltes Restaurant.' The 400-recipe compilation is dedicated in memory of her late daughter, Kathy Hemmelgarn of Burkettsville. Family members have helped with the project, including Hemmelgarn's husband, Dennis, who is handling sales in the area.
