Winter has arrived!

Cold weather and ice seem to be the weather exceptions this year. Moderate wind Tuesday kept Grand Lake churned up as water spray froze on shoreline trees and bushes. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick predicts an overnight low of 23 and a high of 44 Thursday.
