* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Parkway school buses will have a new building soon as construction of a 336-foot-long, 20-bay bus garage is nearing completion. The building has an adjoining athletic equipment storage area, and a new maintenance building is located beside the bus garage.
