Creating the past

Breanna Jenkins, a second-grader at Celina East Elementary School, buries her soon-to-be fossil in pottery clay during class on Wednesday. Jenkins and her classmates are learning about paleontology, fossils, dinosaur bones and other related topics and will "unearth" their buried treasures today, according to teacher Pam Silliman.
