* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

A new facility that will provide a daycare-like setting for disabled adults and respite for caregivers is being constructed in Celina at the corner of Sugar and Washington streets. Once complete, the building also will house the office for Mercer Residential Services, which currently operates from a location on Buckeye street.
