* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Aaron Brooks, Coldwater, is one of the state park's two full-time patrol officers, who oversee the 46 miles of state roads in the park. All state highway rules apply and motorists can be ticketed for violations.
