* At 746 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Fort Recovery, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Wabash, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Neptune, Carthagena, and Maria Stein.

Three Celina City Schools students were arrested in separate incidents this week, one for bringing a firearm to school and the others for inducing panic at a public school.
A sixth-grade intermediate school student (a 12-year-old male) was arrested on Thursday for bringing a BB gun to school in his bookbag to show to his friends, according to a news release from Celina Police Chief Dave Slusser. [More]
