Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

A few hours of light snow are expected late this evening, mainly after 8 pm. While accumulations will be light, some challenging travel conditions may develop given the cold temperatures.
Additional snow may linger through Monday morning with accumulations remaining light. However, increasing winds and very cold temperatures will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.

Elsie Heindel
Elsie Louise Davis Heindel, 94, 314 Summit St., died July 6, 2007 at her residence.
She was born July 16, 1912 in Wren to Jacob and Maggie Burch Davis. She survived three husbands: Floyd E. Donovan, Sam Springer and Lowell Heindel.
Surviving are a son, Alvin Dano Donovan, Celina; five stepsons: Marion (Rita) Heindel and Mark (Jane) Heindel, Celina, Jim (Ella) Heindel, Mendon, Bill (Billie Jo) Heindel, Mercer, David (Rose) Heindel, Tallahassee, Fla; two stepdaughters: Elanora Levi, Celina and Evelyn (George) Wilder, Guatemala; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Lowain and Wilbert Davis; and two sisters: Helen McHugh and Leath Davis.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. She retired from Mersman Furniture after 30 years service.
Service is 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial will follow at Wood Lawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour prior to service Monday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church or to Senior Citizens Center, Celina.
