Kelly Shane edges out her brother, Jimmy Shane, both of Havre De Grace, Md., in the 1.5 litre stock heat race at the Governor's Cup Regatta on Grand Lake in Celina on Sunday afternoon. Kelly Shane won this year's Governor's Cup; her brother won in 2005.
