* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Jimmy Owens runs the low groove at Eldora Speedway while passing early leader Steve Francis to win the 37th annual World 100 at Eldora Speedway on Sunday. The event was delayed until Sunday afternoon after torrential rains flooded the infield pits and left the racing surface unsuitable for racing.
