* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

The Kellers' blind was built in a couple evenings. Nearer the season they'll add evergreen branches and other brush to the outside walls. Duck season runs from Oct. 20 to Dec. 15, and again from Dec. 22 to Dec. 30.
