* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Works goes on

Work continues on the walkway along the shore of Grand Lake near the West Bank boat launch. The work is seen through the rigging of a sailboat tied up at one of the docks. Work on the walkway is being completed on south and north sections of the shoreline. The city eventually hopes to build the sidewalk along the rest of West Bank's shore.
