A neighbor returns Popcorn to owner Chris Bertke of Rockford whose home was nearly destroyed in a fire Tuesday morning. The family pet reportedly bolted as Bertke's wife and children fled the burning structure about 10:15 a.m. The dog was found by a neighbor less than an hour later.
