Jonny Dicke of Celina receives free Scotch tape from Bev Hurlburt of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys, in front of Kmart in St. Marys on Tuesday night. Hurlburt and other church members distributed the tape as part of a special Random Act of Kindness ministry program that recently began at the church.
