* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Mercer County Sheriff's Deputy Chad Fortkamp and Bleck, the office's new K-9 unit, try to locate hidden drugs during training at Von der haus Gill Kennel near Wapakoneta. The dog represents a $15,000 investment made by Mercer County commissioners to protect area residents and law enforcement officers.
