Mercer County commissioners do not have the support of the Mercer County Zoning Commission to change the zoning code in East Jefferson Township to allow commercial and industrial structures to exceed 45 feet.
Sentencing is set July 2 in Mercer County Common Pleas Court for a Butler County man who waived presentation of his case to a grand jury and pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs of abuse.
