The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Linus Huelskamp
Linus W. Huelskamp, 87, 1837 St. Joe Road, Fort Recovery, died May 8, 2009, at his residence.
He was born May 21, 1921, in Fort Recovery, to Henry and Elanora Nieberding Huelskamp. On Aug. 6, 1958, he married Juletta Homan, who survives.
Other survivors are two brothers, Lester (Mildred) Huelskamp, Fort Recovery, and Donald Huelskamp, Mount Gilead; a sister, Bernice (Tom) Barhorst, McCartyville; five sisters-in-law, Betty Huelskamp, Flint, Mich., Anna Evers, Lillian Homan, Coldwater, Sally Homan, St. Henry, and Cleopha (Aloys) Link, Fort Recovery.
Deceased is a brother, Leroy Huelskamp.
He was a retired farmer and served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theatre. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, its Holy Name Society and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
