Steve Kuenning is co-owner of Western Ohio True Value Hardware in St. Henry, which is scheduled to obtain an extreme make-over this summer. The store along state Route 118 was chosen by corporate officials to be the first store in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky to showcase the company's new look.
