At 1021 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Wapakoneta to near Greenville, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, Bellefontaine, Greenville, Wapakoneta, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Paris, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, and Waynesfield.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 76 and 113.

Donald Willoughby
Donald E. Willoughby, 86, 841 S. Beech St., St. Marys, died at 12:35 a.m. July 16, 2009, at the Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 6, 1923, in St. Marys to Clarence and Ida Hoagland Willoughby. On Oct. 24, 1942, he married Dorothy Jones, who died May 27, 1987.
Surviving are a son, Drake (Sue) Willoughby, Slocomb, Ala.; and two grandsons, Shane Hughes, Spencerville, and Jimmy Finke, St. Marys.
Deceased are three brothers, Vernon, Clarence and Earl Willoughby; and a sister, Laura Thomas.
He was a retired truck driver. A 1941 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School, he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a scout and saw action in Italy with the 3rd Infantry Division. He was awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Fraternal Order of Eagles, both of St. Marys, and the Wapak Chapter of the Disabled American Vets.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial with military honors is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
