* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Doris Ellis
Doris F. Ellis, 85, 325 S. Brandon Ave., Celina, died at 4:35 a.m. Nov. 5, 2009, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
She was born Dec. 25, 1923, in Mercer County to Ralph and Carrie Anderson Dysert. On Nov. 1, 1941, she married Dale Ellis, who died in October of 1981.
Surviving is a daughter, Sharon (Charles) Sapp, Rockford; a sister, Donna Pearson, Celina; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren, seven stepgreat-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Dick, Bill and Dalton Dysert; a sister, Dorothy Beougher; and two infants.
She retired from the former Huffy Corporation, Celina, and was a member of Celina Gospel Mission church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, the Rev. Lee Ellis officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
