At 411 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Celina to near Lewisburg, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Dayton, Huber Heights, Troy, Trotwood, Sidney, Piqua, Vandalia, Englewood, Celina, Wapakoneta, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Fort Shawnee, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, Newport, and Cridersville.
This includes the following Interstates... I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 21 and 38. I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 58 and 118.

ST. MARYS - A group of 30 or so residents voiced their opinions on the cat ordinance amendment during council's second reading Monday night. One resident is "sick and tired of cat poop" in her yard. Another resident just wants her pets back.
Resident and former council member Judy Weng presented a petition with 50-plus signatures against the proposed cat ordinance, which would require owners to get a $10 license for their cats and those who want to trap to get permits from the city. [More]

Dale Sherman, president of the Minster Local Schools board of education, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence during a recent appearance in Auglaize Municipal Court.
Judge Gary Herman imposed a $200 fine plus $605 in court costs. He also dismissed remaining charges in the case - fleeing and eluding, obstructing official business, failure to drive in marked lanes of travel and turn/stop signal violations. [More]

COLDWATER - Lima Post Office representative Debbie Schmiesing spoke to village councilors Monday evening about the potential closing of the Lima mail processing facility.
St. Henry village councilors on Monday approved an emergency resolution requesting Congress delay a proposal that would move the U.S. Postal Service distribution center from Lima to Toledo.
Ballots started going out last week to producers in Mercer and Auglaize counties, and across Ohio, to vote on candidates for county FSA committees.
Completed ballots must be returned or postmarked to both the Mercer County and Auglaize County FSA offices by Dec. 7.
