Bundled up for the chilly weather, a man zips along West Bank Road in Celina on his unique bicycle Wednesday afternoon. Winter weather appears to be arriving with snow flurries in the forecast tonight and Friday. The high today is expected to reach 50 with an overnight low of 32. Friday's high temperature is 40, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick.
