* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Dr. Ron Anders of the County Animal Clinic in Coldwater inserts acupuncture needles across the back of a quarter horse to help the animal with multiple health issues. Acupuncture and chiropractic treatments are based on ancient Chinese methods that help reduce or eliminate the need of medications for animals and people.
