* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Larry Mills
Larry Scott Mills, 50, Celina, died at 2:20 a.m. April 11, 2011, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 21, 1961, in Dayton, to Larry Lee and Wanda Hobbs Mills. His mother survives in Celina. On Sept. 24, 2005, he married Angela Nieto, who survives.
Also surviving are sisters, Tammy (Scott) Hoening, Montezuma, and Denise (Lynn) Robinson, Brookville.
He was a self-employed carpenter.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are being handled by Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to Community Health Professionals of Celina.
