* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Joy Boehmer
Joy L. Boehmer, 84, died June 21, 2011, in Celina.
She was born in Portsmouth to John and Cecilia Clark. Her husband Joseph H. Boehmer died in 1985.
Surviving are a son, John Boehmer, North Carolina; a daughter, Lynne Stuhlman, Dayton; sisters, Flo Nurse, Bee (Fred) Cadan, Ramona (Tom) Dunn; sisters-in-law, Mary Boehmer, Janet Boehmer, Millie Edwards; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
A member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Dayton, she sang in the choir and was a member of the St. Ann's Society and volunteered at Twin Towers. She had worked at McCall's and The Marianist Office in Dayton.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 9-10:30 a.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
