* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Samuel Green
St. Marys native Samuel Cassius Green, 52, of Wapakoneta,   died at 5:30 a.m. June 23, 2011, at his home.
He was born Jan. 5, 1959, in St. Marys, to Murle E. and Berniece R. Braun Green. The father survives in Celina. On April 21, 1979, he married Anita M. Steinke, who survives.
Also surviving are six daughters, Jill (Matthew) Barber, Kimberly Green, Holly Green, Heidi (James) Skrobola, Samantha Green and Amanda Green; five siblings, Andrew (Peggy) Green, Pamela (John) Brown, Joseph (Jan) Green, Donald (Denise) Green and Ann (Fred) Giesige; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is his mother, Berniece R. Braun Green.
A 1977 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School, he worked 20 years in the tool crib division at Crown Equipment Corporation in New Knoxville and New Bremen. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Schlosser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.
