* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Bethel Slone
Bethel Slone, 73, Wapakoneta, died June 24, 2011, at his home.
He was born April 18, 1938, in Knott County, Ky., to Sylvester and Phebie Slone. On June 17, 1958, he married Ila Mae Craft, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Curt (Candy) Slone, Wapakoneta, Kathie (Mike) Mikos, Peoria, Ariz., Brenda (Ronnie) Widmark, Becky (Rob) Peterson and Helen (Daniel) Shelley, all of Wapakoneta; siblings, Pearl (Loy) Maggard, Hollybush, Ky., Goldie (Doug) Lawhorn, Portsmouth, Sylvia (Bob) Kohlhorst, St. Marys, Raffie Slone, Columbus, Betty Kanorr, Wapakoneta, Rita (Carlos) Mosley, Lima, and Ruth (Billy) Howard, Arizona; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Slone; and sisters, Avanell Slone, Ruby Slone, Hester Reynolds and infant sister Helen Marie Slone.
He retired as a woodworker at Mersman Furniture, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Ed Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-8 p.m Tuesday at the funeral home.
