* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Francis Smith
Francis L. Smith, 97, Celina, died at 12:50 p.m. June 28, 2011 at the Gardens of Celina.
He was born Nov. 19, 1913, in Coldwater, to Louis and Caroline Schwartz Smith. On Oct. 18, 1937, he married Anna Margaret Zender, who died March 2, 2007.
Surviving are his children, Patrick (Janet) Smith, Celina, Judy (Joe) Otte, North Star, Elaine (Jim) Loughridge, Coldwater; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Gerry Smith; three brothers, Roscoe, Ralph and Carl Smith; a sister, Pauline Romer; and a grandson.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Knights of Columbus, Celina, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
A 1933 graduate of Immaculate Conception Catholic High School, Celina, he worked at Celina Auto and Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and before 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to I.C. Endowment Fund or State of the Heart Hospice.
