Celina Police Officer Chris Wurster caught his cruiser in loose gravel, hitting a sewer cap while trying to exit an unfinished parking lot on Livingston Street on Wednesday. Chief Dave Slusser said damage was minimal, as repairs will include popping out a few small dents in the bumper and replacing some plastic fasteners.
