Not guilty plea entered for failure to pay taxes
An area businessman pleaded not guilty to charges of failing to pay taxes during proceedings Wednesday morning in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Thomas Case, 67, Bluffton, Ind., was indicted Oct. 20 on three counts of failure to remit sales tax, all fourth-degree felonies.
Operating levy will be placed on primary ballot
