Jeff Hazel is sworn in as the new mayor of Celina during a traditional ceremony this morning in the Celina Municipal Courtroom. Judge James Scheer, left, swears in Hazel while Hazel's daughter, Audrey, holds the Bible. With Hazel is his wife, Patty. Also sworn in were newly-elected auditor Betty Strawn and newly-elected law director George Moore. "We're a dynamic team going forward," Hazel said after the ceremony. Scheer said he believes this is the first time he swore in three new city officials at the same time.
