Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Kellan Nuding
Kellan Nuding, 10 days old, Mendon, died Jan. 6, 2012, at Children's Hospital, Dayton.
He was born Dec. 27, 2011, in Lima, to Kevin Nuding and Jessica Thaxton, who survive.
Also surviving are siblings, Anthony Nuding, Mendon, Courtney Nuding, Wapakoneta, Alexandria Thaxton, Mendon, and Harley Thaxton, Mendon; grandparents, Dan and Lynda Schott, Van Wert, Linda and Elmer Steiner, Dayton, Richard and Janelle Nuding, Celina; and great-grandparents, Mary Schott, Celina, Wilma Thompson, Celina, and June Derrickson, Geneva, Ind.
Private graveside services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Dean Bruce officiating. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
