At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Margaret Buschur Kiessling
Margaret Buschur Kiessling, 62, Springfield, died Jan. 14, 2012, at Hospice of Dayton, following a long illness with lymphoma.
She was born May 7, 1949, in Dayton, to Robert and Martha Bensman Buschur. Her mother survives in Coldwater. She married William Kiessling, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Will Kiessling, Cincinnati; a daughter, Julie (George) Soares; two sisters, Kathleen (Tom) Kaup, St. Henry, and Carol (Ken) Pratt, Fort Wayne, Ind.; two brothers, Jeff (Gayle) Buschur, Lake Orion, Mich., and Patrick (Elizabeth) Buschur, Cincinnati.
She was a 1967 graduate of Coldwater High School. In 1970, she graduated from Good Samaritan School of Nursing. She received her bachelor's degree from Wright State University and her master's from the University of Cincinnati. She taught nursing at San Francisco College and retired from Springfield Medical Clinic.
She was an active Jehovah's Witness.
Services are 3 p.m. today at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4620 E. U. S. 40, Tipp City.
