At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Doris Wannemacher
Doris M. Wannemacher, 84, Anna, died at 4:10 p.m. Jan. 30, 2012, at her home.
She was born Sept. 4, 1927, in Minster to Robert and Elizabeth Bergman Stueve. On Aug. 27, 1949, she married Orville Wannemacher, who died Nov. 9, 2005.
Surviving are children, Gerald (Sue) Wannemacher, Sidney, Marcia (Don) Worthington, Anna, and Dan (Donna) Wannemacher, Anna; a sister, Elizabeth Voisard, Marblehead; a sister-in-law, Mary H. Stueve, Minster; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings, Oscar Stueve, Marcellus Stueve and Norma Dahlinghaus.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville. She was a homemaker and also worked with her husband in the construction business.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial will follow in Pearl Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, and 9-10 a.m. Friday at the church.
