At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Daniel Yoder
Daniel R. Yoder, 52, Rockford, died at 5:10 p.m. Feb. 3, 2012, at his home.
He was born Sept. 11, 1959, to Robert and Ruby (Bellamy) Yoder in Celina. On April 18, 1981, he married Jill Crabtree, who survives.
Also surviving are his mother,Ruby (Glenn) Scott, Celina; two daughters, Jessica Yoder, Van Wert, and Erica (Steve) Hays, Rockford; three brothers, Tim Yoder, Cincinnati, Mark Yoder, Celina, and Steve (Laura) Yoder, Rockford; two sisters, Bobbi (John) Stoner and Jan Yoder, both of Celina; three brothers-in-law, Steve Crabtree, San Diego, Calif., Dennis Crabtree, Rockford, and Tim Crabtree, Decatur, Ind.; two sisters-in-law, Sheryl (Barry) Harner, Mendon, and Susan Hull, Rockford; and one grandson.
Deceased is his father, Robert Yoder.
He was a truck driver for numerous companies in the area and had worked at Thieman Tailgates, Celina. He was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, Pastor Chip Steffy officiating. Burial will be in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the Parkway Softball Program.
