At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Norma Buck
Norma Jean Buck, 87, Celina, died at 11:40 a.m. Feb. 7, 2012, at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 23, 1924, in Mercer County, to John and Ruth Cordier Kuhn. On April 4, 1953, she married Carl Buck, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Lynn Kay (Rick) Krogman, Celina; four siblings, Joe (Dolores) Kuhn, Celina, Ray (Betty) Kuhn, Celina, Naomi Bender, Los Angelas, and Betty Thomas, Celina; a sister-in-law, Alta Jean Kuhn, Celina; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are four siblings and spouses, Clarence Kuhn, George and Gladys Kuhn, Paul Kuhn, and Mary and Jack Hults; and brothers-in-law, John Bender and Dale Thomas.
A 1942 graduate of Celina High School, she was employed as a secretary at the former Celina Junior High School for 25 years.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and the Eastern Star Chapter 91, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, and one hour before services at the church. Eastern Star services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
