A 2005 Chevy minivan rests on its top following a two-vehicle accident at 5:35 p.m. Feb. 29 at the intersection of Wayne Street and Havemann Road. Elizabeth Zizelman, 16, of Celina, reportedly pulled from a Havemann Road stop sign intending to turn left on Wayne Street and failed to see an eastbound minivan driven by Kim S. Williams, 50, of Celina. Impact caused the vehicle to spin and come to rest on its top. Williams sustained minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Both disabled vehicles were towed from the scene, and Celina Police cited the teen for a stop sign violation.
