* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

A farmer works some ground near U.S. 127 and Siegrist-Jutte Road last week. Many area farmers have taken to their fields in the unseasonably warm weather to prepare for spring planting. Cool weather is in the forecast for the rest of the week with possible damaging frost tonight.
