St. Marys' Nick Vogel helped lead the Roughriders to a 5-3 win over the Van Wert Cougars in the Western Buckeye League opener for both teams on Tuesday night at K.C. Geiger Park. Vogel earned the win on the mound and also drove in a run for the Roughriders.
