* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Semitrailer overturns

Chickens enjoy some unexpected freedom as law enforcement and bystanders assist the driver of a semitrailer that overturned this morning along state Route 29 west of the Mercer County Sheriff's Office. Units from the Mercer County Emergency Response Volunteers came to the scene to direct traffic. No additional details were available at presstime.
