New roof

A worker from Frost Roofing Inc., Wapakoneta, directs a crane as it lowers a pallet of roofing supplies onto the roof of the Celina Education Complex on Livingston Street earlier this week. Board members awarded the lowest bid of $66,000 to replace the 30-year-old roof last fall, but work was put on hold until this week. The project will be paid through the permanent improvement fund and should be competed in about two weeks, weather permitting.
